What you receive.

The 20% VAT on the fee is recoverable if you are VAT-registered. No minimum amount: a €300 invoice is handled just like a €30,000 one.

How it works.

When do you get paid?
Funds collected are paid out to you on the 25th of the month following collection, in a single transfer with a detailed statement for each case. A fixed date, known in advance, makes your bank reconciliation simpler.

In the meantime, the sums are held in an account dedicated to client funds, separate from our own cash, as required by Article R124-4 of the French Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures.

Any individual or legal entity with unpaid invoices: businesses of every size, freelancers, liberal professions, associations and individuals, for example a landlord facing unpaid rent. No volume commitment. Our actual timeframes are published on our results page.

About pricing.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. No set-up fees, no subscription, no fixed fees. Our fees apply only to sums actually recovered. Only legal procedural costs (commissaire de justice, court registry, lawyer) are payable by you, and only if you approve the move to the legal phase. We do not advance any funds.

When is the fee charged?

Recovered funds are paid out on the 25th of the month following actual collection. Our fee is deducted at the time of payout, and you receive a detailed statement listing the cases collected and the fees deducted.

What happens if recovery fails?

You pay absolutely nothing. That is the very essence of our 100% success-based model. The risk is borne entirely by Himilco. That is why we review every case and tell you frankly whether it can be recovered.

What about claims abroad?

We act within the European Union (through the European order for payment) at the same rates. For countries outside the EU, a tailored quote is drawn up according to the local legal complexity. Talk it through with an adviser.

Is there a minimum amount?

No, we set no minimum amount. We handle all unpaid invoices, from the smallest to the largest. Every case is reviewed, with no minimum threshold.
