Regulated debt collection activity

In accordance with Articles R124-1 to R124-7 of the French Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures (code des procédures civiles d'exécution), Himilco carries out amicable debt collection on behalf of third parties and meets the following obligations.

Declaration to the Public Prosecutor

The activity has been declared to the Public Prosecutor (Procureur de la République) at the Paris Judicial Court (Tribunal judiciaire de Paris), Section P12 – Pôle des professions réglementées, Parvis du Tribunal de Paris, 75859 Paris Cedex 17. Declaration filed on 16 March 2026 and received on 18 March 2026.

Policy no. HSXIN320059385A taken out with HISCOX SA, a company governed by Luxembourg law, registered office 35 avenue Monterey, L-2163 Luxembourg, RCS Paris 833 546 989. Postal address: Hiscox Direct, TSA 49007, 60477 Compiègne Cedex, France. The cover expressly includes amicable debt collection.

Dedicated bank account

In accordance with Article R124-4 of the French Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures, funds collected on behalf of creditors are received into an account used exclusively for this purpose, held with Qonto under the name “Himilco – Compte de Règlement Tiers” (third-party settlement account), separate from the company's operating accounts.

Intellectual property

All the elements that make up the website www.himilco.fr, including the texts, the visual identity, logos, illustrations, editorial structure, databases and software developments, are protected by copyright and database rights.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Himilco.

The analyses, ratings and financial indicators made available in the client portals are protected databases within the meaning of Articles L341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Their large-scale extraction, resale and the reconstitution of all or part of these databases are strictly prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The information published on the website is provided for guidance only. Himilco endeavours to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is exhaustive.

The solvency analyses and ratings made available are based on public data of which Himilco is not the author, in particular the annual accounts filed with the commercial court registries, notices published in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales (French official gazette of civil and commercial notices) and data from the SIRENE register. They are provided strictly for information purposes and constitute neither advice, nor a guarantee of payment, nor a recommendation to grant or refuse credit. Any commercial or financial decision taken on their basis is solely at the user's discretion.

Himilco cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or of the information it contains.

SMS and RCS messages

Sender. Messages signed HIMILCO are sent by HIMILCO, an amicable debt collection agency whose details appear above. Contact: +33 1 84 80 35 16 or recouvrement@himilco.eu.

Recipients. These messages are sent to people concerned by a claim that a creditor has entrusted to HIMILCO under a mandate. The telephone number used is the one provided by the creditor.

Nature of the messages. They are solely service messages related to the case: reminder, payment due date reminder, contact request, link to a secure payment page on himilco.eu. HIMILCO sends no advertising messages. No message will ever ask you for your bank login details.

Frequency. No more than 10 messages per month, for the duration of the case. Messages stop as soon as the claim is settled.

Cost. Receiving messages is free. Any reply you send is charged according to your mobile plan.

Help. Reply AIDE (or HELP) to receive our contact details.

Stop. Reply STOP (or ARRET) at any time: you will receive a confirmation and no further messages through this channel. Your case may continue to be followed up by other means of contact.

Security. Our payment links always begin with himilco.eu. Report any suspicious message to recouvrement@himilco.eu.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer who has a dispute with Himilco and has not obtained satisfaction after a written complaint may refer the matter, free of charge, to a consumer mediator.
