Our results, backed by figures.
We publish our timeframes as they are measured in our case management tool, together with how they are calculated. No estimates, no flattering rounding.
For cases handed over from March to September 2026, the first reminder goes out 4 days after the case is created (median), and a case recovered in full is recovered in 12 days (median). All collections obtained to date have been amicable, without court proceedings. Funds collected are paid out on the 25th of the following month.
The figures
| Indicator | Value | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Time before the first reminder to the debtor | 4 days (median) | Cases for which a reminder sequence has started |
| Time to full recovery | 12 days (median) | Cases closed with full recovery |
| Share of collections obtained amicably | 100% | All payments collected to date |
| Payout to the client | the 25th of the month following collection | All payouts |
Period: cases handed over from March to September 2026. Updated quarterly.
How these figures are calculated
- Source: the management data for our cases, automatically timestamped by our platform (case creation, each reminder sent, the date of each payment).
- Median: half of the cases do better, the other half do worse. We use it rather than the average, which a single atypical case can distort.
- First reminder: time elapsed between the creation of the case and the first reminder sent to the debtor.
- Full recovery: time elapsed between the creation of the case and the final payment that settles the claim.
What we do not publish yet
We do not yet publish an overall recovery rate. Our track record is recent, and a rate calculated over a few months depends too much on the mix of cases (age of the claims, individuals or businesses) to be comparable. We will publish it once we have enough history, with the same transparency about the method.
