With Himilco, you submit an unpaid invoice online in a few minutes, or connect Stripe or Qonto so that your unpaid invoices come through automatically. Each case is then tracked in your client portal: its stage, the time-stamped history of every reminder, the notes from calls made to the debtor, its documents and an indicator of the debtor's solvency.

- Online submission: a simple form (business or individual debtor, amount, due date, contact details) with the invoice attached. Our team checks the case before it starts.
- Automatic import: connect Stripe or Qonto, your unpaid invoices appear in your portal, and one click sends them for collection.

- Your cases by stage: opening, amicable phase, formal notice, settlement, court proceedings, closure.
- Time-stamped history: every reminder sent to the debtor, with its date and channel.
